She's incredible! I have 4 other tattoos and have done my eyebrows by another artist. Every artist has complained about my skin not taking ink and I've lost ink within days of getting them done. My eyebrows were done twice. I got a fine line tattoo on my sternum by mercedes and a week in and haven't lost any ink at all! She's so kind, professional, and all around had an amazing experience. Book with her. You won't regret it. I'm so excited to get my eyebrows fixed and do more tattoos!

She did such an amazing job! I initially came in for one flash tattoo that she had posted and ended up leaving with 4 because I loved her work so much! Such clean lines and awesome work. Will be coming back for more soon!

She has restored my faith in eyebrow techs! Im painfully picky with my brows and hadnt gotten them done in 4 years bc i was sick of having to walk around looking like a freak bc the eyebrow tech botched them(and no, i am not cheap, i always went someone highly rated and expensive)! She shaped them and did Henna to shade them, i didnt know my brows could look like this!

I had an appointment scheduled and there was an emergency on her end. She apologized and gave me a free coupon to come back. I went today and it didn’t disappoint! I normally wax my brows and have never done anything like threading. I trusted the process and told her what I wanted. She did exactly that and even better! I started liking my brows tinted recently and she does it with Henna! Genius! I seriously love the result and enjoyed her as well. Very personable and kind. I brought my daughter and she talked to her being so sweet. Thank you so much Brows by Mercedes I will definitely make this a regular occurrence.

I love my tiny tattoo! I changed my mind on the way over and Mercedes rolled with it and covered up my sad crooked wedding band with a beautiful new straight band and added a line for my upcoming anniversary. It is perfect! She gave advice on the thickness of the line and where it needed placed and I'm so glad I trusted her!

A few years ago I had my brows micro bladed. Fast forward and my brows were back to patchy looking and the ink had turned redish. I was embarrassed, but hesitant to let anyone touch my brows. I came across Mercedes and started to follow her on FB and IG. Each time I saw a new post I was more and more impressed with her work. I finally reached out to her for a consultation. She made me feel so comfortable i went ahead and had my brows done. She corrected the color, gave them fullness, and dialed in the shape of the arc for my eyes/face. Mercedes did an outstanding job and by far superseded my expectations! Her prices are fair and actually less than most other PMU services. She has spent a lot of time attending many different courses to refine her skills and knowledge in PMU. Her studio is adorable and comfortable. As a small business owner, I love supporting other small businesses. Please support Mercedes! Five stars for Mercedes- she is truly talented in her craft!

Mercedes was so great! I haven't ever had anything like this done before. She was so organized, reassuring, communicative and checked in to see how I was doing as the session progressed.Mercedes has 10+ certifications in her field of work and is more than capable - she is skilled!I feel like a whole new person! My brows were always so blonde, it was like I didn't have brows at all. I've always struggled with drawing my brows on, so this is an absolute game changer! I excited to see how they'll look once the color settles in.I did a lot of research and found that her prices are totally reasonable!Highly recommend!

Mercedes is very talented and capable. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows. You definitely want someone who pays close attention to detail with PMU and Mercedes is THAT girl for sure. I got the lip pigment treatment, I have smaller lips with an uneven shape and color so it took a lot of skill for Mercedes to get them looking flawless. I am VERY happy with the results so far. It was a little more expensive than I thought (but still FAR more affordable than any other place), but that was my fault for not double checking, so make sure you do that. When I asked for clarification on the price later Mercedes very politely explained it to me. I’ll update my review when I have the healed results but I’m sure they will be lovely! The photo of my full face is just one day after the treatment for reference.

She is a delight to work with. She gave me a tattoo behind my ear, very professional, nice and quite funny. She even had beverages for my friend and I. She took her time but it seemed like we were there 5 minutes. I'd go to Mercedes for any brows/tattooing needs. Plus I can walk there, it's by RIDLEYS!!!!
